Secondment (Contracting) and Interim Management

In a secondment or contracting arrangement, our consultants or associates work under your instruction, as temporary staff, for an agreed period of time. The principal difference between secondment and training or consultancy engagements is that in the former our clients are responsible for any deliverables involved whereas in training or consultancy engagements GlobeRisk takes responsibility for deliverables

Interim Management is effectively the secondment of senior managers. GlobeRisk can access colleagues with substantial senior management and leadership experience. They can take forward important parts of your business pending the recruitment of permanent managers or their return to work following illness, sabbaticals, paternity or maternity.

From time to time our clients will wish to offer our colleagues permanent employment following Secondment or Interim Management engagements. This is covered specifically in the contract that will be agreed between us. In essence, should this occur we will look to our clients to pay us an introduction fee similar to that used by mainstream search firms
