GlobeRisk colleagues have substantial personal networks across the financial sector and an expert knowledge of the skills required for most roles in each client sector.
Whilst it is not a mainstream activity for GlobeRisk, we are prepared to undertake formal recruitment searches for risk roles. Typically, a recruitment engagement is in four parts:
- We agree a formal mandate with you based on a job specification and other guidance that you will provide
- We will put together a “long list” of potential candidates for your consideration. We will interview each candidate on the list and provide a brief assessment on their strengths and weaknesses in relation to the searched role
- We will discuss and agree a candidate shortlist with you.
- You interview and select a candidate. We support you throughout the process making interview arrangements and liaising with both sides. We will assist with negotiation of terms and conditions.
Normally we will seek 1/3 of the agreed fee at mandate and a further 1/3 at the shortlist stage. The final part of the fee will be contingent upon appointment and is subject to claw back if the candidate stays with our client for less than 6 months
